The Fullerton Airport Pilot Association (FAPA) mission is to:

  • Promote safe flying
  • Provide an outlet for pilots to socialize, develop friendships and fly to organized events
  • Serve as a liaison with ATC
  • Proactively promote and support the existence and continuance of Fullerton Airport and be capable of responding to issues that may threaten our flying lifestyle

FAPA holds monthly safety meetings the third Tuesday of each month, except December. The meetings feature guest speakers on a "topic of the month", followed by question-and-answer time.

FAPA also promotes aviation through our Junior Aviators program, which assists young aviators, ages 14 to 20, in obtaining affordable flight training.

The FAPA Applied Sciences Division teaches interested youth in the craft of building an amateur-built aircraft under the close supervision and guidance of experienced aviators and mechanics.
