Words of wisdom from the Chief Instructor at a busy flight school.

The job of a Chief Flight Instructor entails being a source of inspiration and oversight for all the instructors and students at a flight school. As such, our speaker tonight - Jay Mason - gets an opportunity to see all the sorts of struggles you might imagine - and probably some you can't! Whether you're a student pilot just starting out, an old hand coming in for some recurrent training, or use your own freelance instructor, some common issues and questions always seem to come up, and Jay can help you get a handle on them and be better prepared for your next visit.

A bratwurst or hot dog dinner will be served starting at 6PM. Come early for some hangar chatter before the meeting gets going!

In order to maintain compliance with County of Orange Health Care Agency Covid19 recommendations, if you are unvaccinated against Covid, you will be required to wear a face covering while at the meeting location.

This will be the final FAPA meeting of the year, as we will be dark in December.
