Experienced pilots know that there are often aspects of IFR techniques for flight planning and flying that come in handy when flying VFR, and the reverse is also true. Local Flight Instructor Jay Steffenhagen will explore this overlap and highlight techniques that help bridge that gap.

Jay is a Flight Instructor based at SNA, and flies an F33A Bonanza for his personal flying.
